This Privacy Policy applies to the Be Held mobile application (the “App”), which is developed and operated by MoeInsight (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Be Held is a reflective, faith-centered app designed to help users place one worry down for a while. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, when it may be shared, and what choices you have.

We collect only the information needed to provide the App and its core features.

A. Account information

When you sign in with Apple, we may receive and store:

• your Apple user identifier;
• your email address, if Apple or you provide it; and
• your name, if Apple or you provide it.

B. Content you create in the App

To provide the App’s core experience, we may store content you create, including:

• worries you create in the App;
• notes or entries you add to a worry;
• related status changes, such as marking a worry as finished or reopening it; and
• app settings associated with your account, such as language or similar preferences.

C. Subscription and purchase information

If you view, purchase, restore, or manage a paid subscription, subscription data is processed through Apple and RevenueCat. We may receive limited subscription information such as:
