1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the Caregiver Support: Coping Care mobile application (“App”) developed by MoeInsight (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Caregiver Support: Coping Care is an educational and supportive tool that allows users to:

• Interact with AI to receive communication suggestions for dementia care.
• Use voice-to-text (Microphone) features to input caregiving scenarios.
• Access guidance and coping strategies designed for caregivers.

Medical Disclaimer: This App provides AI-generated suggestions for educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a physician or qualified health provider regarding medical conditions.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the App, you must sign in via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

As of the current version, Caregiver Support: Coping Care does not charge subscription fees or offer in-app purchases. Should this change in the future, these Terms will be updated to reflect new payment and renewal policies.

5. Content and Usage Guidelines

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the AI to generate or seek information for illegal activities.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disrupt the App’s infrastructure.
• Input extremely sensitive personal health information (PHI) that is not necessary for the AI interaction.
• Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or overburden our backend servers on Railway.

6. AI-Generated Content

Nature of AI: You acknowledge that responses are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI may occasionally produce incorrect or biased information.

Non-Reliance: MoeInsight is not responsible for any actions taken based on the AI’s suggestions.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your Apple ID data and microphone permissions. We do not use your interactions to train AI models.

8. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including the user interface, branding, and the specific AI implementation logic, is owned by MoeInsight and is protected by intellectual property laws.
